Sky City Casino Hotel Acoma

I dont ever do reviews so if i do that means i had enough. Ive had many bad experiences at this casino. Im just highlighting he main point. This casino is barely in buisness and it shows in every part of it. From the casino to the resturaunt to the hotel to the lounge.the lounge is probly the only thing that bring people in from out of town. For the bands. The lounge is very small. 50 dollors to reserve a table rediculouse. The staff very impolite to people from out of town . It feels like if your not a local from ther reservation then why are you ther? I had a friend visiting from Massachusetts he went to sky lounge to watch a football game and drink a beer. They Made him leave because the band was about to start and they needed to let other people in . Ther was only 3 people in the loung

Vegas this is not. This is an old budget motel at the heart of it, although it is conveniently localted just off I-40. There is a good amount of free parking, too. But the room we had was designed and furnished in the 1970s. Some of the decor was a good selection of Native American artwork, so that is a plus. The price was not too expensive given other options in, say, Albuquerque. In all, it's not bad for one night if you have very modest expectations.

It's amazing. Guys the building picture on the internet does not do justice to this hidden gem. I have been to 5 starts hotels with brand names. With my sensitive nose I always pickup smell everytime. Walking inside Sky City is difference, nope no smell. Not one. The rooms were clean. Well maintained. Staffs were kind. I mean Starbucks right at the front. I did not go to the casino I came for business but am sure that's great too. So if you're in New Mexico come and visit them!!

$71 for a COLD buffet, are you serious!! No service, never asked if I would like a refill on my tea, cold (prime rib) if that was what it was, very tough! Waited and waited to be seated.. Waitress never showed up again to give me my bill. Finally walked to the desk, figured my bill was around 20 bucks or less only to find it was a $71 ish bill. AINT NO way I will stop at this rip off joint again..casino machines were cold as well for a Friday night...should tell all something about this place. Good LUCk!!

Casino and restaurant staff were Awesome! Hotel staff were Soooo Rude… we walked into the room, bathtub was gross, refrigerator was on the floor the coffee pot in the bathroom which is nasty. We asked for another room because the bath tub was gross… the hotel employee tells us “ It’s just Rust it’s clean” which is unreal, she said we are booked so you can’t switch rooms, we ended up putting a towel in the tub to shower… I’d recommend the casino and the restaurant 100% but NO to the hotel.
