Silver Springs Campground

I camped out every nite for 7 days I was completely comfortable park security made me feel very safe. It was very close to stores and gas stations there's a Beautiful Lake in the center of campgrounds with ⛵ ramp. I give it 5 thumbs up. I will be back.

We were checked in by Ken and he was most helpful with Stow sites and the National Parks. He provided local maps and recommendations. This was the best city site hosting we have seen in our RV.

Can’t say enough good things about this campground. It was very clean, sites were spacious covered in grass, and well maintained. Has basic amenities for a great price! To access flush toilets you do have to walk across grassy field which isn’t a big deal but in morning with dew your feet get soaked. But portable toilets were close by. Campground host was so kind and checked on us daily to make sure we didn’t need anything. Very kind and have great tips of things to do in area. Convenient access to national park 10-15 mins. Great clean town! Would recommend and hope to come back again!

This is a pretty town park with a section that offers camping. Electric hook-up sites with access to water spigot & dump station. It was only $25/night! The park manager would make rounds multiple times daily, & was genuinely interested in making this a nice experience! He brought maps, brochures, flyers, & informed us all about the area, & surrounding area attractions— I found this to be above & beyond! Thank you! There’s a stocked pond to fish at that’s pretty. There’s a historic village on site. Sports fields & kids events held here. Even a wedding at the event center! We enjoyed a spontaneous sighting of 2 big groundhogs there. Our daughter loved biking, playing with kids, & chasing TONS of fireflies! A nice weekend summer trip!

I bought a new tent for this trip and that ROOM is perfect!! Ken is amazing and helpful. He brought us a variety of fliers for things going on in the community and directions to and from the places we already planned to go. Location is fantastic for visiting the national park and all sorts of places around Cleveland. Thanks for an amazing stay!
