Hostile staff, drug smell, and refusal to honor booking My stay was completely ruined by the staff’s behavior. The receptionist, Patricia, was incredibly aggressive and was literally shouting at people. The entire reception area had a strong, lingering smell of marijuana, which felt unsafe and unprofessional. Furthermore, when I pointed out the issues, she retaliated by claiming there were no rooms available. I showed her that rooms were still available on Booking.com, but she refused to listen. She even went so far as to tell other staff members in front of me to stop checking people in, even though rooms were clearly available. It was a blatant lie and an attempt to deny me my reservation out of spite. This is absolutely unacceptable treatment of a paying guest. Do not stay here!"

Positive: Love the Silver Spray. The rooms are great, plus the entire staff from Front desk, security. Housekeepers, maintenance. Manager. Everyone is love. The reason I stay every month when I come into town. I feel like they are my family. 🥰🌹 Negative: Only who I brought with me this trip. That will never happen again. The hotel is Great

I had a very pleasant stay at Silver Spray Motel. The location is perfect — just a short walk from the beach and close to restaurants and stores. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the AC worked well. The staff was helpful and polite. It’s a simple, budget-friendly place, but it had everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay! I initially considered giving it 3 stars due to the parking fee, but the outstanding customer service from the receptionist, Carline, made all the difference. I had an issue in the lobby, and she immediately assessed the situation with great awareness. Recognizing that I was a solo female traveler, she gave me a room in a more convenient and secure location. Her attentiveness and professionalism were truly impeccable. The room was clean and the location, steps away from the beach and dining couldn’t be beat. The free breakfast was a plus. I had a relaxing and great stay just as I wished too. Will definitely recommend!

So the year was 2020 and I met a lady with inverted horns here with my Ex. Always wonder what happened to her. Anyways, someone threw a brick through a windows here and the door to our room wouldn't lock. Besides that, it was an epic stay! Would stay here again if I'm ever back in Florida.
