Silver Canoe Campground

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful stay at Silver Canoe Campground! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. As newbies hauling a 63-foot truck and fifth wheel, we had no issues navigating through the campground or pulling into our site—it was very easy to get around. The campground is family-owned, clean, and has a beautiful pond that adds to the peaceful atmosphere. It was so quiet and relaxing. I chatted with the owner several times during our stay—he’s always out and about taking care of the property and was incredibly kind. The Amish are doing some work on the grounds, and it was really neat to watch their horses come and go throughout the day. It added such a charming touch to the whole experience. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Absolutely beautiful! Well maintained. You can see the years of hard work and dedication that has been invested into this campground with every step you take. Beautiful personal touch around every corner from the store to the cabins. My husband and I staying in the Honey Bear cabin, and it was clean and cozy! We will plan a future trip with the family! This is a must for anyone who wants to just simply relax.

We checked in for a one month shake down run with our new 5th wheel. Originally, we were going to need to change sites based on other bookings but that was all worked out by the campground and we did not need to change sites. Site 23 is a great site. Friendly staff and campers that make you feel like home quickly. No clique, friendly people!||We did not use the bath house or restrooms but they appear clean.||Well stocked camp store for anything that you forget. ||Free wi-fi but we upgraded to the high speed option online and streaming went very well - lots of video conferences from the comfort of camp.||||Liked it so well we extended for another month - (It's hard to find something my wife really enjoys that way. We had to move to site 50 for that which is very shaded.||||Had problem

I was in town for a local bike event and wanted something affordable for lodging. I decided to trailer my bike in town and camp. Silver Canoe had the better reviews for the area and great location for the for the event as well as central for the area to explore. Check-in was pleasant at the store that has a lot of the common items you may need if you forgot something. I camped at a tent site with electricity next to the bathrooms. The showers were clean and well lit. I had just enough space to maneuver my SUV and bike trailer for offload and loading of my bike, as well as park my vehicle and trailer at the site. Most of the sites have some privacy from the others for the most part. Ron the owner was very pleasant and great to talk with about the area if you are looking to get out and about

Last week while homeless I stayed here for two days first off for a tent site. It is $20 a day. OK that’s with an electric hook up first off when I don’t even get there till it’s dark. How much electric can I really give you so then on Friday or Thursday night, my granddaughter and her boyfriend we need to come so I go get them like I said I’m homeless but I really want my family to have a nice time so I’m a giver and near take her but anyways so I can get them. I don’t need to get there till like 830 9 o’clock back so the next morning around 8 o’clock soon as the camp store open we’re down at the store buying a couple things before I leave. She sees my granddaughter she doesn’t she charge me for extra people just take it off of my card. She knew this situation. Never asked to take it off
