Signature Inn Miami

Interesting place, I’m not from Florida but in my opinion this place is cheep! Ha. It should cost $85-100 a night at most! House keeping is great! Very clean! Beds are comfortable. Probably two of the most important things at a hotel. Great parking, lots of food options close and has a great place to hang out out back. No pool!! I wouldn’t have stayed if I had paid attention to that. This place just needs a real handy and some money put in to it. The young man at the front was VERY helpful. Thank you sir.

Okay so let me start by saying that I am not a fancy hotel stayer. I look for cleanliness and convenience most of all. With that being said, our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was a basic hotel nothing fancy so don't go thinking you're going to a five star hotel becasue you are not booking that here. However, the staff was absolutely amazing and the hotel was clean! Especially the manager, super bummed I forgot her name because she really was the best!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. This was the most unprofessional inn ive EVER been too. We get there to be told our 4 rooms were cancelled and that they called us and we didn’t answer which is why they were cancelled. They did NOT call. they tried to give us 2 room under a new reservation. my card supposedly declined and because of that they were not able to give me a room. they then gave someone else in our party one room, but charged for 2. The manager told us it wasn’t his problem and was extremely rude. His other employee wasn’t much better. thank you for giving us a great start to vacation.

The experience was quite horrific. Upon arrival we were told that they’re out of keys and that the manager would let us in to the room and if we’d like to leave out we could just leave the latch on. We (two women) were told that the manager was a man located on the second floor and we could find him to open the door. We were not given a name or description except that he doesn’t speak English. I expressed concern that this was unsafe and asked that he meet us in the lobby to escort us to the room. When we arrived to the room the safety latch did not latch at all, the heat didn’t work (on a cold night), the toilet piece was not the right size so was hanging off. We were awake all night freezing and afraid. Moreover the advertisement mentioned hot breakfast but this was incorrect with the ch
