Signal Peak Mini Resort and Golf

My partner and I rented out cabin #4 and we loved our experience at the property! The kitchen was fully equipped with knives, forks, spoons, and anything you can think of for your cooking needs. The tv had netlfix, youtube, etc for entertainment and we didn’t realize until the day we were leaving but the couch folds out into a bed! The bed in the room was very comfy and there’s AC and heater available for both the living area and the bedroom. The overall cleanliness of the property was excellent as well. We came during the winter since we wanted to visit mystic hot springs which is a quick 5 minute drive from the property. We were able to grill some steaks on the gas grill provided (my only complaint would be that the grills legs were a bit wobbly) and enjoy the stars outside at night. The

Not a silly cabin - Charming beautiful accommodations with a washer and dryer in the house, full refrigerator, full size stove and oven - modern and all perfectly executed! Beautiful area full of fun activities designed by clearly intelligent, clever people.

We rented all 4 cottages for a family reunion. They are beautiful, modern, clean and very well appointed. We took turns cooking for around 30 people and every utensil, tool or pan we needed was provided. The mini golf course, batting cages, basketball hoops and volleyball net gave the kids plenty to do. There are also many great hikes nearby. The view to the east is amazing during the day and at night, it is so quiet. The owners were very kind and responsive. Many of our family members mentioned that they would love to make this an annual destination so we will definitely be back!

The owner did SUCH a good job creating this fun and enjoyable place. The vibe this place brings is immaculate! I would play mini golf for 6 hours if I could. The motel rooms are taken care of well, and everything about this place makes me feel like I'm at home. I would give this place 6 stars 🌟 if I could. GREAT place.

This place is top notch. The 4 "cabins" are brand new. Much better than staying in a Richfield hotel for a similar price. The beds are comfortable. The 2 rooms in the large unit are spacious. The bathrooms are large and the shower in the master is Roll in accessible. I am wheel chair bound and found it very accommodating. The full kitchen is very awesome. The refrigerator is very large. The living room is open air with the kitchen. There's a nice covered area outside that we haven't been able to use during our 3 visits due to the weather. The owners are very helpful. Excellent!!!
