Customer Reviews
We stayed at the campground for 4 nights and 5 days and loved it! The sites were nice and we were thankful to have electricity at our site after staying at a campground in Yellowstone that did not have electricity at our site. The showers and laundry facilities were also very nice. The showers are a little bit expensive but it was worth it to have the nice, individual shower rooms. We also felt like the campground itself was in a good location and we was easily able to get to other areas of the park from here. We would definitely stay here again!
Loved this campground. Did not stay anywhere else in the park so hard to compare, but it was beautiful. There was a generator free loop as well as a couple with electric hookups and generator ability. Each site had its own beatbox and was in good distance to the rest rooms. Some of the sites are a short walk from the lake which provides a beautiful view. There was ample space in our site and many others looked good too! Busy area but was still quiet and comfortable. The showers and laundromat were a huge plus as well as the gas stations hours were great(you could buy firewood, ice, and food there!$
Signal Mountain Campground is a wonderful base camp for the Grand Tetons. Centrally located and nice privacy foliage. Would have loved more amphitheater presentations and showers included. The beach access to Jackson Lake is the BIG selling point. Our campsite has a private foot path down to the water — what?! That’s amazing. Especially when alllll the Teton tourist stops are swarming with people and it’s hard to even snag a parking spot, it’s fantastic to be able to end each evening with our Tommy Bahama chairs watching the sunset just steps from our campsite. We are campsite #43. Note: the site would be easier to park a large trailer if you enter the one way backwards. You can see the trees across from the site are heavily banged up from lots of previous “incidents” as while the site is
Great campground in the lake. Site 11 has views but was the weather was cloudy and rainy so could not see the mountains. Great coffee shop in the restaurant building that does not show up on Google! Timbers has real espresso machine and selection of flavored coffee and tea and hot chocolate. Also pastries. Breakfast at the restaurant with a view.
showet 7am to 1030pm(last shower 10pm) Laundry 24hr. shower booth had some molds inside but was fully functional. Bring your flipflops or slippers if you care. They'll beep roughly 1min before the time ends.
