Siesta Inn

DO NOT BOOK!! This motel cost $150 for one night, and yet, everything is disgusting. The bed sheets look as if they haven’t been washed in months, the walls are disgusting, the toilet had pee all over it. The shower gets slightly less cold when put on hot. The air conditioning doesn’t work, and there were RANDOM MEN asking to come into my room. Freaking ridiculous. When I went to complain they said they couldn’t help me. The condition of this motel should be illegal.

This hotel is Absolutely disgusting. When I arrived the front desk lady was Absolutely rude to myself and my daughter. Was given the key and after walking in seeing what I did immediately went back to office and was stated I wouldn't be charged and I sure was charged. This place should be ABSOLUTELY condemned WHAT you pay for heavens sake would be the same amount for a hotel with a pool and Breakfast most importantly being treated with respect along with a room that should be clean. The doors don't 🔐 properly. People watching and standing outside. ABSOLUTELY NOT SAFE THERE AS WELL AS FOR YOUR HEALTH AND DONT KNOW HOW THIS PLACE IS EVEN OPERATIONAL AND PASSES STATE CODE. EVEN AS THE OWNER LIVES THERE WHOM IS RUDE THE FRONT DESK LADY IS ABSOLUTELY RUDE AND THEIR SO CALLED HOUSE KEEPER DOESNT

I want to be completely honest. I did not purchase or stay in a room at the motel. I went there into the office to ask about rates. Due to my financial situation I am not able to spend a lot of money. So I was upfront about needing the cheapest room. There was a middle eastern or Indian man at the computer and a heavy set white lady in the office. The man was pleasant amd trying to help mez but the lady felt like speaking up and loudly said there will be a 50 dollar deposit and there is NO SMOKING AND NO VAPING in the room. I dont smoke or vape but she said it like I walked in the office smoking a cigarette and that in a way like they already knew I was going to mess up the room or break the rules and they were going to keep the deposit. I will premise that in my state we do not have to disclose my husband's service animal up front at motels, so it was my fault for not checking how that was done here. But as the dog does perform as a service animal is required and did not cause any damage to the room or grounds it's rather frustrating that the front desk (owner?) guy wouldn't give back our room deposit, especially since we extended our stay another night and the dog was not mentioned at that time either-also frustrating since no where at booking or on the nonexistent website does it say anything about the place requiring a deposit. Literally, a homeless person will sleep better than me in this dump of a motel. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay in this pigsty. I literally preferred to sleep in my car than in that itchy bed. The air conditioner looks like it's from before I was born (and I'm 30 years old!), and it's clear it's never been maintained. The shower is dirtier than the street. The worst place ever.
