I booked and made a mistake with the booking and tried to cancel within 24 hours.. they didn’t accommodate this which I think is basic customer service. Pinch a penny lose a customer get a bad review. I would avoid this place.

Lovely hosts, very accommodating and helpful. Much better than tent camping, or even RV's in my opinion. Warm showers, and complete kitchen with table for 4 and lots of chairs. I cooked a spaghetti dinner and salad and desert. Beds were comfortable and clean. Pets were allowed which really helped. They even had breakfast foods for purchase since I hadn't planned for that. Closest to Coyote Creek state park without staying there. I enjoyed the mountain views from the porch. || I would stay there again.

Cabins are "rustic" yet very outdated! Down to the old and dingy bedding /pillows, old dirt shower curtain, old dirty carpet throughout cabin.. Although it smelled clean it was not clean. Cob webs in every corner, fridge was dirty, corners of the floor and the frame to the bunk beds had built up dust and dirt. Not to mention the mouse we saw in the middle of the night. Not sure how there are so many high ratings for this place!

Service is Great and the Rooms are old and Rustic. Bunks and Queen beds Little kitchen and bathroom. It's a Good place for rest and meals while out at Coyote Creek. No TV No Radio so The entertainment is outdoors. Hear the Wild Turkeys from The few ponds across the street. It is awesome in the evening for fishing for trout. The Creek is just as good. Sit out on the Deck and enjoy the Fresh Air and a smoke. Don in the office is such a Great and friendly Guy. And Rex is happy to make sure your stay here is Comfortable and safe. If you're thinking about going up there to get away and fish or hunt give em try. Duke

We love camping here! I almost don’t want to write this review because I don’t want other people to find out about this hidden gem. However, Don and his team are too kind and competent to not want to bring them more business! These campsites are small, but clean, level, include fire pit and picnic table, and nestled in mountains next to a fishing creek. Close to angel fire for shopping, restaurants, and things to do, plus just a short drive to coyote creek state park.
