Showboat Hotel

My husband and I wanted to get away for a weekend. While this was an off season visit we felt welcomed and the entire check in process was super easy. We had the cabin, it's back behind other buildings (great site) quiet, private and very comfortable. It was a chilly day yet when we arrived the heaters were on so we walked into a warm welcoming cabin. Great experience!

My husband and I are boaters and found this beautiful gem on the lake! We also brought our dog and he was very welcomed😀. Our room was very nice, the views were stunning, and the staff were awesome. It was great having such a nice little resteraunt on the premises also. The launch was very close by and we had no problems. The area around the hotel is beautiful in such a quaint little friendly community. We will definitely be back again!

We had a very nice experience at the hotel. The room was very comfortable and loved that the supplied a refrigerator with a freezer for stuff from our cooler. Enjoyed just sitting on the deck watching the lake. Bonus we saw a eagle 🦅 twice flying right in front of the balcony. A note that if it's a night a band is playing & your not interested in joining in. It can be quite load but was only until 10:30 so wasn't to bad.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are all re-done and absolutely lovely. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. We didn't get Internet service on our tv and our phones. They kindly upgraded our room to a bigger room with Internet with no extra cost to us. Being on the water it's magical. Such breathtaking views. We most certainly will be back to stay next summer.

Nice little renovated motel. Very clean .Went with my wife to see a band right there at the motel. Although they needed to cancel, we had a fantastic time in the area. Room| had a great view of the lake, especially in the morning. Met some interesting guests and locals at the bar. Great time all around. Looking forward to a return.
