Shoshone Bannock Hotel

Horrible experience. Traveling late, decided to stay. Checked in late and upon arriving in the room, I always check for bed bugs at every hotel. I found a bed bug on the bed and immediately called the front desk and the staff member did not seem concerned at all. I demanded another room as it was 2am and there was no possibility to leave and find another place. They reluctantly gave me another room but I couldn't sleep much with the anxiety of finding another bug. I asked for the manager numerous times without any communication or contact information other than " she will call you". When checking out, I was given a complaint form with no follow up, and no return calls or messages. Terrible customer service and very unclean. We went here for my brother birthday.. The restaurant was the only good thing sports bar had awesome food. The casino does not pay out at all. I won 81 games on 🦬 buffalo got only 5 dollars in all those spins. The games pay out very little if that. The hotel room has old furniture in it and the dusty smell to it. Save your money go to wendover. Don't recommend for a fun trip out.

Fun place to stay and gamble. Good food also available

Right off the highway. Easy access to family in fort hall and Pocatello for activities. Camas grill is delicious. Hotel Price is a little steep. Rooms are nice and clean. Have not had any issues with workers. Connected to casino if you like to gamble. Plenty of parking.

Hotel front desk managers Tammy and Samantha were so helpful, professional and really deserving of 10 stars! Pretty sure we’ll be back. Thank you ladies! The Sullivan’s
