First off the ladies offended me with her first question of do I have pets I said I had an indoor cat she wanted her to be declawed I don't think so. She's indoor and if she's outside she's on the leash with me that's the bottom line I also told her that every family out in the United States all of them has at least a pet or two and that's just comes with the territory she does not like animals. She said she's too old to put up with drama she came off like she was a rude person that knows more than you and you can't get a point across. There is a one year lease and you have to have your camper underpinned and skirted which is not a problem but she also wanted me to put a $5,000 patio out front for image reasons. I've done this 7 years full time as a traveler and believe me when it comes to
Seem like a lot of hoa style management without the hoa fees
We love living at Shipp's Port RV Park. Very well taken care of. Small park with large lots. Great neighbors!
Another under 10 years park, with no openings. We drove through, not really impressive.
