From the moment I arrived at the hotel ✨, I was welcomed by Carolina at the Front Desk with a warm smile and a very professional attitude that made me feel truly welcome from the start. Her kindness and efficiency made the check-in process quick and pleasant 🙌🏼. Later, during breakfast at the Clud Lounge ☕🥐, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Yaiset. Her service was warm, dedicated, and attentive to every detail. Everything was very clean ✨ and the atmosphere was cozy, which made the breakfast experience truly special ♥️. Positive: The room was ok clean. We had a good sleep. The working desk was really nice, the wifi okish. The airport shuttle was also nice.Negative: No coffee provided and the swimming trunks from someone before left in the bathroom. We called the reception and they told us, that someone would show up to bring coffee and remove the swimming trunk. But nothing happened. Besides of this, this hotel is not well maintained. There are holes in the gangway - It's better not to look too closely. All in all its totally overpriced, but there are not so many option that close to the airport. 🤷♀️

It is extremely convenient, especially if you are attending an event or match at DRV PNK Stadium or need quick access to the airport. Being so close to major roads and transportation made getting around Miami very easy, which is a huge plus when visiting a busy city. The hotel itself has a lot going for it. The property is clean, the lobby and common areas feel welcoming, and everything was well organized. The staff truly stood out during our stay. We are just finishing up on a two night stay before our cruise and I have to say we have been very impressed. Yes it’s not the newest hotel but the service from the ever friendly staff has been first rate, they really could not have done enough for us. We were in a club room and used the club services for breakfast and drinks with no complaints, other food both from the restaurant and room service kept up the high standards. Yes it could do with a refresh in places but we found it to be spotlessly clean with everything you need. |We would highly recommend the hotel.

This Sheraton has seen better days. The location is very close to Miami International, a great location for a short airport stay—until the city completes the arena next door, which will bring crazy traffic and even more noise—but the rooms are only tolerable at best. The beds are cheap rolling frames pushed up to the wall, whereas most hotels use stationary beds on platforms, which are more secure in that they disallow anyone hiding underneath. The carpet under the bed was filthy. The walls are paper thin, the decor is dated, and in general the rooms just look beat all the way up after repeated attempts to patch (multiple layers of paint on doors, reglazed tubs that are peeling) instead of simply remodeling. The desk had a vertical electrical outlet cluster built into the leg that was han
