Sheraton Metairie - New Orleans Hotel

Positive: The location and it was nice. Negative: You could see shortcuts and things that were cheaped out on. Like no fridge in the room, or toilet paper holder that was loose. Also, no continental breakfast. That's gotta be more of an attraction than an overpriced restaurant.

My stay at Sheraton Metairie was mostly pleasant and met my expectations for a business hotel. The staff were professional, and check-in was quick and organized. The room was clean, roomy, and thoughtfully laid out, making it easy to relax or get work done. The bed provided excellent comfort, and housekeeping kept everything in good condition. Breakfast was satisfying, though I would have liked to see more variety. The only minor drawback was occasional hallway noise, but it didn’t significantly affect my stay. Overall, a reliable and comfortable hotel.

I chose Sheraton Metairie for a short business visit and had a generally positive stay. The staff were courteous, and check-in was efficient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well suited for work, with a good desk setup. The hotel felt calm and professional throughout my stay. Amazing experience with this Hotel! Very accommodating and met all of my needs during my stay. I want to personally thank Miss Carol for the kindness that she provided to me in the restaurant. There are still good people in the world. Thank you Sheraton! I didn’t get the managers name but she was awesome as well! The staff overall were amazing!
