Customer Reviews
This is super convenient for an early flight. Super new and clean and comfortable rooms. Nice and new. Very comfortable beds. Nice shower. Quiet for being right at the airport. The lounge was great. Comfortable. Good snack options and drinks. Walk out and into TSA in the morning. The only complaint is that they currently don't really have a restaurant. It is under construction so they have a side room with tables and you can order some food. They were friendly and it was convenient but I would eat before arriving.
Positive: Very clean and convenient to the gate Negative: Phone in room was unplugged so I did not get my wake up call nor anyone to help with luggage. Discovered it when I tried to call for help with luggage . I had set my own alarm otherwise I could have missed my plane
We had an early morning flight from Bradley to Tampa. We decided to stay the night before our flight, to that we could get a full nights sleep and not have to drive early in the morning to the airport. The hotel is right on the airport grounds and just a step away from the airline counters. The room was perfect and everything worked to make our stay comfortable and relaxing prior to our flight. The hotel has a small cafe with serves light fare. The food was quite good and the servers were very attentive.
After a grueling week of closing a beloved family home and traveling long distances, I was looking forward to a luxurious bed and room at the Sheraton. The bed in my room (325) was hard and covers consisted of a sheet and another, thicker sheet that could not really be called a bedspread. I asked for an extra blanket and one was brought, but it was threadbare and thin. The most important thing about a hotel is the bed! I didn't sleep well, and additionally the shower head wouldn't stop dripping onto the metal plate in the shower, it clanged away. I had to put a towel on the shower floor to mute the sound. .............. The staff were all very nice, the food I ordered was excellent. But the Sheraton has to improve the sleeping experience! Less expensive airport hotels in the area do much b
Hubby and I stayed at the Sheraton for about 12 hours so we could make an early flight. The room was fine, clean with comfy beds. As others have mentioned, Tyler was a joy to deal with. The main purpose of this review is to let you know that there are renovations going on right now. It is a little difficult to drop off bags as they have the street in front of the hotel blocked off and you have to turn around in a tiny area. Also, the main restaurant, Concordes has been moved to bare small room with less than zero ambiance. I am not sure how long the work will take, but I gathered it just started.
