Sheraton Cerritos Hotel

I planned my daughter’s wedding there but didn’t get what was in the contract and the layout was changed on the day of the event caused confusion and surprises! Captain was great and very accomodating and the ballroom was pretty. We didn’t even get the stage on time as promised and my decorator got it very last minute.I don’t recommend for the weddings maybe small events are fine.

Positive: The shower Negative: No hospitality! They charge for parking & it?s not clearly disclosed, they said parking was $20 but charged my card $50! front desk staff were all on their phone rushing guests and acting like we were bothering them, did not give proper WiFi instructions

I stayed here for business mid December. The property is located next to an outdoor mall with several food options, and a Wal-Mart. The hotel seems pretty outdated. The rooms appeared to be refreshed with carpet and paint on the wall. The bed was very comfortable. The hallways were pretty noisy even being at the end. A few commenters stated they thought the water pressure was very low, I disagree. It was very powerful and HOT! The outdoor hot tub was very nice to enjoy after a long day in the office. I did not try the pool. Two of the 3 nights I was here, there was a huge gathering in the conference room, which made parking difficult to find. On a side note, almost getting hit by a DeLorean in their parking lot was kinda...neat. I don't think I'd stay here again. I thought I was

Room 227 air conditioning was out of service. First night technician came to adjust air conditioner unit, but it was inadequate. Room temperature was 79 degrees. Next day, outside temperature was 85 degrees, room was 79 degrees with air conditioner on at 65 degrees. Technician came to room 227 & I had to move to room 223, with a functioning air conditioner.

We paid for a breakfast included hotel room and received no breakfast vouchers which meant we needed to foot a $50 bill. The breakfast itself is no better than any other budget hotel’s breakfast. Don’t waste your money and go somewhere nearby. When sitting outside all patio furniture was wet despite it not raining that day. Would have been nice to sit outside on a overcast day with non wet seating. The room’s a/c was broken, and kept the room at 80 degrees all day and night. Fun. Room itself was clean. Staff seemed friendly. There was also a wedding event of some sort here making it a bit noisy and harder to find parking. Stayed for 2 nights. I wouldn’t recommend staying here again. Go somewhere else.
