Shenandoah Inn and Suites

3.5 - there isn’t much to choose from in this town but believe this is the best one to choose. We stayed here Friday night, hotel is dated but clean. Walls are very thin, the people above us were up until midnight. We tried drowning them out with the fan on the AC unit but it wasn’t loud enough. TV took awhile to come on but ended up working. The curtains did not block out the light from the back ally (see picture taken ant 11:30). The room was also bright from the hairdryer having a very luminous light that you can’t turn off, so took it off and had to cover it up with the black washcloth they provide. The establishment was very clean. This is a small town atmosphere and small town hospitality. There were a few options for parking behind the building or across the street at no cost. There could have been more options for breakfast. We choose to go somewhere else for breakfast. It would have been nice to have furniture in the room like a table and chairs or a comfortable chair.

This was a very cozy hotel with a very cozy town, if you ever go to this area you MUST stop at all of the vintage shops, especially the one on the corner in particular you will fall in love. The breakfast was good and very good vending machine options. Front desk staff is really nice and overall just an ever welcoming and nice place. You pay for what you get for sure because I would totally come back here

The staff member that I talked and checked in with was helpful and very kind. The entire facility was VERY clean. The location and town make for a perfect small town getaway. I’ll be staying here again

Rooms were great most employees were very polite and respectful hotel manager not so much very rude smart remarks for no reason ….Becky I believe was her name ….has no business working as a hotel manager. I received mail after I had left not on purpose of course and when I called to ask about it she said it had got there but she sent it back because it wasn’t her responsibility to get my mail knowing it was checks for my 12 employees had to track down my package and pick it up 15 miles from Shenandoah…. awesome place to stay just stay away from Becky and you’ll be fine
