Trout pond. Catch and release please with artificial lures. Pink squirrel works well. So does fake corn.
Does what you need it to do. Mostly dry (little bit of leaking, but not bad). Really nice location though.
Rough shelter to keep of rain and sun. Fire pit and lots of nature. A little abused by visitors with graffiti. Decent view.
