Sheep Shedde Motel

While this is not a Ritz-Carlton, I can't say enough good things about this motel and the people running it. We drove off the road and were stranded in horrible weather, and they did everything possible to help our situation, including checking us in late and quickly, helping us to get a meal even though the restaurant was closed, offering to let us check out late as we tried to figure out our vehicle situation, and more. If we have reason to stay in the area again, we'd definitely start here.

The room is nice. They gave us a good deal on the on with a spa. So I will take it since the have Folgers coffee and cereal.

Highly recommend. We had great experience at the restaurant bar late last night. We had a wedding nearby. Had clean rooms and new mattresses and great prices. Thank you. We appreciate you. All the Fosses

We stopped at this great local motel because we were tired of traveling on icy roads. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. He made sure that we knew how to get coffee, juice or milk in the morning and even recommended a great local diner for breakfast in the morning. The room was clean and comfortable, and I definitely recommend the motel!

This was a horrible experience. This shouldn't even be a last resort option. It's a Motel not a hotel like the sign says. They have 80s model bed sheets that are stained. Mine had grass pieces in the comforter. Carpet stained and the room smells. Everything wayyy put of date. If I had my vehicle I would have slept in the car. But it's cheap, now we know why.
