Shawnee Forest Cabins

We just got back from a two day stay at the cabins. The cabin was beautiful! Very clean and well maintained. The grounds were gorgeous. There’s a fire pit with firewood nearby, a charcoal grill, and a lovely hot tub. The hot tub is on the porch, but there are privacy walls on two of the three sides so no one can easily see you. Many common necessities are stocked, like dish soap, some glasses, some towels, and trash bags. The grounds were quiet, and we got consistent communication from the grounds keepers checking in to see if we needed anything. We will definitely stay there again, and next time I want to check out the treehouse!

Very nice cabin with a comfortable bed and a nice gotten on a private deck. Very romantic vibe. Everything is clean and the wifi is great. The cabin is a little cold bit just bring your sweetheart along and you'll warm up :)

It was an amazing time! The secluded hot tub was great. It was a beautiful place. The nearby waterfalls and hiking were just the key to a relaxing weekend. The property was well kept and clean. The space was great. I would bring beach towels next time for the hot tub, as I forgot them. Overall, excellent and would definitely stay again.

We had a great time at the Tree House! It was super close to the Garden of the Gods and other trails weren’t too far away. It was perfect for the two of us. Be prepared to drive ~25 minutes for food if you don’t bring your own to cook. The outpost is near by for snacks and ice cream!

We went for our anniversary. Stayed 2 nights. Cabin was absolutely beautiful. Very clean, very spacious. We will stay there again in the future. The hot tub was great. Nice private setting for the hot tub area. Grounds were very clean and well maintained. Tree of life was dangerous. Have to see to understand. Place was pretty well stocked on normal things. Each cabin has its own little fire pit and grill. Very close to a lot of things Shawnee National Forest has to offer. You will want more days there than what you have.
