Sharon Country Inn

The hotel impressed us from the very first moment with its warm and welcoming staff, who were always polite, helpful, and attentive. Their hospitality truly made our stay special. The cleanliness was also excellent, with spotless rooms and very well-maintained common areas. We had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience with the Sharon Country Inn. We booked the entire hotel as a room block for our wedding nearby, and while the location was convenient, multiple issues significantly impacted our guests’ stay. Guests shared with us that many of the rooms were unclean and some had ripped sheets. Additionally, the septic system was down for several hours, forcing guests to use a bathroom across the street. The hot water also stopped working, leaving guests unable to shower before our wedding ceremony. While we understand that unexpected issues can arise, management was not responsive to our feedback and was unwilling to acknowledge the problems or offer any kind of solution. It was upsetting to know that our wedding guests had such a negative experience

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The atmosphere was relaxing and the location was very convenient. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would happily stay here again and recommend it to others!!!

Such a wonderful country hotel!||What really stood out to me was the gorgeous landscaping around the property. It is like stepping into a peaceful little retreat. Everywhere you look, the grounds are beautifully maintained, full of charm, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. ||Not to say the lovely staff and clean accommodations. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing country getaway.

Overall the amenities and organization was good. HOWEVER, myself (female) and a female colleague were staying in a suite and at around 9-11 am a man who was not the cleaner or anyone we knew came into our room, literally just opened the door and walked in and thank god we were awake because he immediately walked out like he had been caught. We notified the owner who claimed that it was the cleaning person who it was obviously not and then tried to gaslight us into saying it was one of our friends. Very sketchy and management did absolutely nothing. They said they would look at the security cameras but never did. I would be very cautious about staying here especially if you are a woman.
