Customer Reviews
We found out about this boutique hotel and restaurant randomly on Facebook and thought it would be a fun place to try overnight. Upon arriving and entering the lobby, we were greeted by name by Debi. She then walked us to our room and showed us how everything worked and made sure we knew where extra blankets and stuff were. We’d never experienced this even at the Ritz or Four Seasons. We stayed in the Thalman Suite overlooking the river that runs along the side of the building. It was very spacious and decorated so well with an industrial type vibe. The floors were even the original ones from the dairy. Note that there’s a lot of concrete so slippers would come in useful when packing. Our bathroom was spacious with a separate shower and tub area. My only complaint was it only had a rain he
Historic and interesting venue. Since I didn’t stay at the hotel I can’t comment on the rooms and accommodation. We just toured and got some coffee at the coffee shop. It’s lovely space, peaceful. There is a relaxation lobby area, then down the stairs a bar area and coffee shop is in the back. Everything is connected and one continuous stream in one building. The coffee shop was very cute and filled with local goodies waiting to be discovered. It’s admirable that many original elements of the farm have been preserved and incorporated into the new experience. Has its own parking lot so you don’t have to hunt for a spot on the short skinny Main Street of Paoli. Also each room has its designated parking spot so we parked at a spot that was just for visitors. Out back they have a sauna and pl
A friend and I went to Seven Acre for their Valentine's Day dinner event last night and it was INCREDIBLE. I have been to 7A maybe 8 times now and this has been the best dinner l've ever had. Bartender Byron recognized me (after only one previous visit) and remembered the drink I ordered. David our server was funny, helpful, and attentive. But honestly the food was the real star, the richness of the dishes coupled with everything cooked to perfection, it was just a great night overall. Don't skip out on the rockfish and gnocchi. I'll certainly be back!
We stopped into the restaurant for an early dinner. Our meal was quite good, and the staff was friendly. We also enjoyed listening to the music in the "The gathering place". Unfortunately, after paying a couple hundred dollars for this experience that weekend, i was also charged an additional 22 dollars a week later, for no reason i can discern. I have called the restaurant and the accoutning office several times and they said they would get back to me. This is two weeks later and i have heard nothing from them. Incredibly poor customer service. This is making me reconsider ever coming back.
Lovely brunch service! I had the eggs Benedict on GF toast and it was divine! The live music was an added bonus. I visited the shop afterwards and was happy to snag a GF brownie that was decadent. You wouldn't have known it was GF!
