Serenity Hill Bed & Breakfast

This bed and breakfast had the possibility of being great. Located within 10 minutes of the mammoth cave park it is an ideal location. Very picturesque and quiet. It disappointed for several reasons. While the owners seemed friendly, Bill kept mentioning that he had cameras all over the place. This creeped me out. The room seemed small but clean. The jet bathtub was nice until I used it and scum formed on top of the water. Idk if it had been disinfected properly. The towels and bathmat were dingy. The food was fine. My biggest issue was the collection of black slave dolls. The “Mammy” dolls were prized in a china cabinet where we had to eat breakfast looking at them. The hosts were extremely personable and accommodating! Breakfast in the morning was so delicious. The room was extremely clean and well stocked even coming with it's own keypad lock to help feel secure even when there is another family staying with you. Not to mention the view of the stars at night is breathtaking. 11/10 would recommend!

Wow! My Wife & I stayed with Miss Tina and Mr. Bill this past weekend. This was our first experience staying at a B & B, and it was enough to make us seriously consider swearing off "chain hotels" for good! Serenity, hospitality, peacefulness, great food, great coffee, great conversation, great bed, privacy, and rolling countryside views. 10/10, will be back! THANK YOU, Miss Tina & Mr. Bill. We enjoyed our stay at Serenity Hill B & B so much. Tina & Bill took special care of us, especially one morning we had to leave early for a tour. They made us a delicious, hearty breakfast to go, ensuring we were nice & fortified for our hiking tour of the cave. A+ for warmth & hospitality. Perfect location too, near Mammoth Cave (15 mins). Thank you so much for your generous hospitality!

Had a great time, Bill and Tina were very welcoming. Location was close to Mammoth Cave NP which I had come to visit. Would absolutely stay again if I were in the area.
