Serendipity Bay RV Resort, Cabins and Marina

if you're coming here for work I wouldn't recommend. Had the bedroom door fall on me at 4am in the morning. They're trying to charge me an extra $110 dollars for electricity that was never previously discussed. The wifi is so bad you might as well not have internet at all. I rented for a month at a flat rate thats better than hotel prices. But charging extra for electricity makes it about the same as just getting a weekly hotel rate. UPDATE. Somehow the electricity usage went from $110 dollars to $142 dollars.

A quiet, well kept spot on the bay. Pool area is top notch, playground, gym and more for guests. Staff is friendly and helpful. We are new boat owners and Captain Tommy the dock master has helped us get our bearings, a wealth of information. Both he and Susan, the facility manager, have made us feel so welcome. Highly recommend for a get away, rv camping trip or boat dock.

We stay at Serendipity RV Park for a few months every year. We love being able to have a beautiful view of the bay and harbor each day. The facilities are wonderful and always clean.

No Truck Campers will be allowed? for nightly stays? No Golf carts will be allowed. I don't know anyone that has a RV that does not have a golf cart. I know couples that own and camp full time in truck campers that cost more than most rv's. Seems bad for business to turn these people away. resort must have a lot of wealth.

We went there yesterday to look at this resort. We liked the location because they are close to the water. Paula at the office is knowledgeable and friendly. There's a fenced in dog park that's kept clean so our dogs can run around and burn off some energy. Depending on which area you like there's a good amount of space between the sites and it doesn't feel cramped.
