This hotel has never let me down. Very well placed - with super friendly staff who are there to help with anything. Thats why I keep coming back. And I will be again very soon!

We stayed here before and after our cruise. Perfect location! Close to so many restaurants and shops. They are more than willing to hold your luggage if you arrive before check-in and also gave us access to the amenities. The facilities are incredible with working space including soundproof booths for zoom calls, a gorgeous pool, extensive gym area and so much more. The rooms include all amenities you need for cooking and enjoying your stay. We had an unexpected extended stay due to weather and George, amazing host at the check-in counter even printed out my keynote speech for me - which was lifesaving. Cannot recommend this location enough! We will be back.

The host was absolutely amazing very responsive, attentive, and checked on us upon arrival to make sure everything was perfect. The customer service and hospitality were truly 10/10. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay very enjoyable. The front desk staff especially Ignacio, was super helpful, polite, and welcoming, which made a great first impression.

George looked after us. Great guy ! He kindly allowed us to leave our luggages after checking out. He also gave us pool access as we had a late flight. Great place, rooms more like a studio apartment. Kitchen with large living area. Great location. Close to trolley bus, air train etc 👍

Had an absolutely amazing stay at the Alea Hotel Downtown Miami, everything was perfect! The support desk, managed by George, was always available, super responsive, and genuinely happy to help. The studio is incredibly well equipped, with everything you could possibly need: a full kitchen, washer and dryer, a balcony, and a large closet. On top of that, the hotel offers access to a beautiful pool, a lounge area, and a fantastic gym. The location is unbeatable and perfectly situated between Brickell and Midtown and just minutes from Miami Beach. I would definitely stay here again!
