Sense28 Edgewater, an AvantStay Hotel

Amazing stay. The hotel feels completely brand new with beautiful, modern finishes throughout. The rooms are very large and spacious, and having a full kitchen made the stay even more comfortable and convenient. The amenities were excellent - the gym is minimalistic yet well equipped and the pool area is great for relaxing. Everything was spotless and very well maintained. What really made the stay stand out was the staff. The front desk team was outstanding - incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming from start to finish. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again next time I’m in Miami.

We had a great stay at Sense 28 Hotel in Miami. My husband and I booked the family suite, and it was perfect for our trip. The suite had a full kitchen, two full bathrooms, two bedrooms, and a balcony, which gave us plenty of space and made the stay feel comfortable and convenient. One thing we really appreciated was that they allowed us to check in early, which made traveling much smoother. The location is excellent — it’s very close to Wynwood Walls and the Design District, so there are lots of places to explore nearby. There are also plenty of things to do within walking distance, and anything further is just a quick Uber ride away. If you’re visiting Miami, I also recommend doing the Big Bus Hop-On Hop-Off tour. Stayed here with the family, the place was extremely clean and tidy. Nearby plenty of commercial areas including a barbershop. The staff are lovely and very attentive as well. Would definitely return
