Sea Scape Inn a Fine Family Boutique, Heated Pool

Loved that it is so close to the beach and about a 5 min drive to the boardwalk. The FD staff was professional and check in was easy. The updated suites were a good size to fit my family comfortably. Unfortunately the pool was cold, my kids only lasted about 5-10 mins before they decided to get out. I also didn’t like being no guest policy. We had family staying at a close motel due to no more availability at Sea Scape but they could not even come over so that we can get together for dinner. I would also have loved a fan in the bedroom and AC in the living room area. It got super hot overnight and the fan in the living room was just circling hot air.

We stayed one night at the Seascape Inn and had a wonderful experience. The room was exceptionally clean—truly spotless, which made us feel instantly comfortable. The front desk staff was kind and very helpful, making check-in easy and pleasant.||What really stood out was the owner, Chris. He went out of his way to personally greet us and was genuinely friendly and welcoming. You can tell he really cares about his guests and takes pride in making sure everyone feels at home.||The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach, which made our quick stay feel like a full getaway. We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

If you are looking for an unbothered retirement type of setting, this place is wonderful. The rooms are clean and functional. ( however, my coffee pot wasn't working). It is very close to beach access. One block, and a short walk to the start of the boardwalk. My complaints are primarily due to things they clearly state. For instance: no guests. I could understand rowdy teens being a concern, but my mother , sister & baby nephew came to meet us and were turned away. This felt more like a 55 and older community where they do not want anyone from the outside. Regardless of the motivation. I would not book this place for a last-minute, one night stay( that was the situation with my mom, sister, and nephew. They drove down to spend one night at the last minute and chose a different mot

This place was very nice, we didn't want to leave! Such a great hidden gem and family hotel! Everything was very clean and wonderful. I loved the bedroom (the air conditioner worked great), small kitchen (with a convenient Keurig and complimentary coffee, as well as dish soap), the bathroom (super clean), and the comfortable living room with the tv in our suite. They have a nice seating area up on the balcony above the pool. After the beach, we went to the pool (which was heated) with our 3 kids, and they couldn't get enough of it (they asked about the pool every day)! When we had to go out in the car, there was always a parking spot when we came back. My boyfriend and I stayed at the seascape inn for 3 nights and we really enjoyed our stay! The rooms were clean and had everything we needed the only downside is the bed was a little uncomfortable. The pool was so clean I just think that it should be a little warmer if it’s going to be advertised as heated. Other than then that location is wonderful for beach and boardwalk! We had a wonderful time and we definitely recommend staying here!
