Sea Isle Inn

We had family stay this past weekend. Requiring 2 nights @ $300+/night when the hotel is empty is ridiculous. There's no coffee pot in the room. They had to move because the sink wasn't draining. Mattress was good and room kind of clean. Would never recommend again. I thought with all the investments in the bars, that they would have upgraded the rooms. Apparently not. So disappointing. And ugh with the new neon sign. Tacky.

Great location but the owners are just pocketing their millions and not investing in the property or basic guest conveniences. Our room was gross! Our feet were black after walking on the floors. The bathroom hadn't been updated since the 70's. No accessible electric outlet or even hooks to hang a towel. The door was black from dirt. The pool was nice but not heated. I can go on and on..

Staff is very friendly, location is great, live music is fun! Pool is big and nice. Beds are comfy and sofa bed seemed new. However the plumbing could use an update and some things in rooms are very dated, especially the shower/tub and fixtures. Also we ruined a bathing suit by hanging it on the shower rod. It ended up with rust stains all over it. The music ends early but the crowds are loud until very late. If sleeping on the sofa bed you will hear the noise.

This place is GROSS!!!! The amount of money they charge for a night and supposedly I was discounted because I was there for a wedding that was in Sea Isle, the charge $334.00 a night. The floors were filthy dirty when I looked at the bottom of my feet, they were BLACK. The beds had a scratchy blanket that looked disgusting, I didn't even use it because it was so nasty. The sheets were paper thin it didn't keep you warm AT ALL. And last but not least ANTS... all over the floor. Do yourself a favor and don't stay here. I reached out to Larry via text message and stated how dissatisfied I was, and he READ the text message and did not respond so in addition to a nasty room also terrible customer service. The Sea Isle Inn is likely the only motel in Sea Isle City, and while it’s a bit dated and could use some updates, it offers a great value for its location. The price is fair given the demand, and you’re within walking distance of restaurants, an ACME grocery store, and a drug store. The staff is friendly, and while being next to Kixx can make things a bit lively, it’s not a big deal if you’re out enjoying the beach. For an affordable, no-frills stay, it’s a solid choice with a prime spot in town.
