The location is nice but I have a few concerns. I made a reservation under my name with no one else on the reservation. I did say there would be 2 people but that was it. I learned as I was driving there that they allowed someone else to check in under my name and gave them access to the cabin with out reaching out to me for consent and no knowledge of who this person was to me other than her word. (Mind you this is my sister but they would not have known that). Once I arrived I found out that, though I requested the largest cabin, the cabin was very small and only 1 bed. I went back up and said this isn't the cabin I asked for and was made to pay an additional $115. to switch to the correct cabin. After staying just one of the 2 nights I had to leave and return home. They did not offer to
Very nice little campground on the river. Older dated facilities but clean and functional. The people were super gracious and very helpful. I'd come back and would recommend to a friend. I camped so don't know about the cabins. Look good from outside.
Hello, first let us say that the staff was great and very nice. When we arrived at 4:00 pm our expectation clashed with reality. The pictures posted on the website do not match what we found. The room was small the window was damaged, the room had an overpowering smell of air freshener cigarette smoke and mold. The room was so bad we slept in the car and checked out at 6:30 am the next morning. We do not recommend this place and give it zero stars; unfortunately, we have to rate it 1 star to leave this review.
This is rustic cabin stays It's a river experience so not for everyone Being in love with nature and our river systems I live this place They have outside shower house for male and female as well as some of the cabins have showers Come enjoy and make sure you bring everything needed for a rustic river experience
Great place owned and managed locally. The store has an interesting selection with what I think are very reasonable prices. You can stop in for ice, a road snack, or something to take home and cook for dinner. Lots of camping space. There are a number of sites that have power and water. We stayed in one of the little cabins and it was exactly as advertised. Comfy bed, ac, microwave, and mini fridge. The first thing that I noticed was the plants. The biodiversity here is awesome. Take a walk around and enjoy nature this is N Florida the way it should be. If you are just heading down 71, stop in and say hi and if you want a cozy getaway to unwind this is the place and, it's dog friendly!
