Scenic View Campground

Host was very friendly, bathrooms were always clean, and the showers are nice and warm. Cute swimming area and the lake is pretty clear. Would visit again!

We spent over a week at Scenic View Campground and loved every minute of it! We had four sites total and all sites were clean and comfortable for both tents and trailers. The beach is small but nice, as is the lake - great for kids and for waterskiing or tubing. We had a great time at the bar on the weekends we were there. The restrooms are typical for campgrounds but clean - flush toilets and a shower (you'll need 2 quarters!) which is all you need for camping. The "regulars" in the campground, the owner, and the caretakers were very friendly. We will definitely be back!

Loved it owners are very Nice. Beautiful Beach very Clean. The Bar was Not Noise at all. We Camped this weekend too Labor Day Next weekend that will Be different. The Only Bad thing could Not get our Wi-Fi to work for our Phones they Need to fix’s that

Am I missing something? After reading the previous reviews, I can't help but think I stayed at a completely different campground. This place is NOT meant for families with young kids. I am currently in my camper (2:30am) unable to sleep due the complete disregard to people's need for sleep. The music has been blaring from the "karaoke bar" joined by the constant hooting & hollering from many drunk, inconsiderate people. Last night the music went on until almost 3am. If you have a family who wants a serene, peaceful camping experience, this place is NOT for you. If you're a young, wild party animal, this is definitely the place for you. This campground was all we had hoped for and more! Very welcoming host and seasonal campers were a joy to be around. This place has it all. Consider yourself lucky to camp here!
