This place is a complete disappointment. The WiFi is absolutely terrible, basically unusable. People throw their cigarette butts everywhere, and no one seems to care. The property is constantly messy and poorly maintained. The seasonal workers are loud, constantly driving noisy trucks, and they treat the bathrooms and laundry room like their personal living space. The bathrooms are trashed regularly, and the laundry room feels uncomfortable and unsanitary. Worst of all is the owner’s attitude. Instead of taking responsibility, he just sits back with a “what do you want me to do about it?” attitude, like it’s not even his property. No accountability, no effort to improve anything. If you enjoy stress, mystery smells, and feeling like you’re camping in someone’s forgotten backyard, this is the place for you. Hookups were unreliable, Wi-Fi might as well be imaginary, and the “maintenance” situation seems to be based on hope and prayer. The grounds look like they’ve been ignored since dial-up internet was a thing, and good luck getting help when something goes wrong. Dude will just try and overcharge you and when you argue back he kicks you out. Quiet hours? More like random noise roulette. Cleanliness? Let’s just say I stopped looking too closely. I stayed one night and that was one night too many. Plenty of better parks out there do yourself a favor and keep driving.

Lovely RV park. Very quiet. Spacious. Not on top of the next RV beside you. Grass was kept cut. Convenience to places to eat. Internet service worked great. I will come back again if I get moved back to the same work location again.

Management was wonderful. Very peaceful and quiet. Pricing was realistic. All and all, you can't really ask for more. When I'm back in this area, I wouldn't look anywhere else.

Great location for a quiet and peaceful retreat. Has 30/50 mp, GFCI, septic hookup, and water spout. On site coin washers and dryers, coded bathhouse with showers, and garbage dump.
