Saratoga Inn & Resort

I hate writing bad reviews, but this is a must. We went for our annual get away for our anniversary. Let me point out the good. The staff was friendly an accommodating. The location great and right close to the beach. It was quiet. This is where it ended. While it says its being remodeled. It's not. Our room had a TV that didn't work. Lights that dimmed but never went completely off. Dirty chairs and not cleaned under the bed and furniture. We went the last few days it was open as they close for the season on Sept 22. There was no housekeeping because they had left already. The pool was nice, but this place is 65 years old and needs alot of renovation. The towels were thin and scratchy. There was no Kleenex. I don't want to nit pick but there was no attention to detail. The outside lights

Absolutely a wonderful experience at Saratoga Inn & Resort. It's a strong 5 stars rate. My family and I had a great week there. Room was spacious, clean, had everything we needed and was taken care of every day by the staff. The pool, very very very clean. The grounds are very well maintained, the atmosphere so peaceful. The most important, The Staff, is very polite and super attentive. We are really touched by them. Thank You for this great experience.

Positive: Great location--steps from the beach! No need to move your car or worry about lugging beach chairs around. Though we had no balcony, and the only window in our unit faced the hallway, so you'd have no idea the beach is there. Negative: Found hairs and stains on our sheets, and every set the staff tried to replace them with had further stains. They gave up after three attempts and said they'd talk to housekeeping. Some things were updated and nice; others were stained or peeling.

We loved our stay at the Saratoga! We did wish we chose a room with bigger beds. Typically, our 9 year old would sleep between my husband and I. There was no way she’d fit. We thought we chose queen beds so I think I didn’t choose the right room. Everything was clean- the pool was so clean! The staff was so great taking our trash and towels and giving us new towels. The beach is just a short walk from the motel and I really loved that. Also , the beach was not super crowded- which I love. But my 17 year old would rather go to a beach with a lot more people. Everyone has different likes and dislikes. Etc. I loved the location and price !! And all of the staff were kind and helpful

Unforgettable First Stay in the Crest! From the moment I walked in, I was amazed by the setup of the hotel — clean, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. The pool area was spotless and inviting, and with 90-degree weather, it was absolutely mandatory! When I got to my room, I was even more impressed: two king beds, super spacious, and a fully stocked kitchenette with everything I could possibly need. After cooling off in the pool, I grabbed a burger from their on-site restaurant — hit the spot! Because let’s be honest, after a swim, everyone gets hungry. The management here is truly next-level. The manager personally helped me and my friend charge our electric cars, which was a huge bonus. The little things matter too — like having fresh towels ready at the pool so you don’t have to ru
