Santa Fe Inn

Normally it's decent here I've stayed more than once. The rooms are clean and the service is good. The reason for the low stars is because on my most recent stay in December of 2025 we were in room 113 (the handicap room) there were toilet issues. I had to plunge the toilet and the toilet water came up through the shower drain when we flushed the toilet. Definitely not fun times.

Positive: The housekeeping staff was great! Negative: The location.

Terrible all around! We checked in and had bad customer service during our entire stay. They have misleading prices online and in person. Initially we paid through a third party which also charged deposit and understand another deposit but they requested cash and to use their atm with additional excessive fees. They also had a very expensive pet deposit of 20 which was charged on our card three times. We had two false charges on our card from this motel and when we filed a claim they filed one back stealing our money!! 0 stars

This hotel is simply terrible. If I could award it zero stars I would do so. ||||Where to start with what is so bad about this place? ||||Firstly despite is name, it is nowhere near LA Live, it is a good 20min car journey away. We arrived after a long flight to be met by an ignorant, incompetent and rude member of reception staff. He took a phone call half way through our check in and proceeded to talk to another member of staff and on the phone while leaving us waiting and ingnoring we were even there! He took a brief break from his call to point and grunt to the direction to our room. The hotel doesn't have an elevator so we struggled up the stairs to the second floor with our luggage, the offer of help from staff was too much to ask. ||||We reached our room to find it to be cramped, sme

Oh my goodness, I'm freaking out. I have friends visiting from Europe and they're staying here next month. I hope this place is clean and doesn't have roaches or bed bug..I see all these horrible reviews and it's giving me anxiety
