Sandyoak RV Resort

Bought a tiny home here in March and love it. Beautiful landscaping , pool and bathrooms always clean . The people I’ve met are very nice and helpful. My husband and I feel blessed to have stumbled upon Sandy Oak and hope to be here for many years to come.

Sandy Oak is such a wonderful and friendly community! I purchased my home here in 2019 and the park is always very well kept and looks beautiful! The maintenance staff has gone above and beyond to help me with any requests I have or help me find the resources I need. The pool, gym, clubhouse and bathhouses are always very clean and well maintained. They re-lined the pool last year and put a new roof on the clubhouse. They make great efforts to appropriately fix and repair everything in this community. I retired here last year and can say it is the best thing I ever did. I have been very pleased with everyone I have met in this community and just love it here!

My in-laws have had a cabin here for the past 4 years and we come up here many times during the spring and summer.The grounds are well taken care of and there’s stuff to do for the whole family especially kids.They have a nice little sandy playground and also a pool house with a 5 ft deep below ground pool which you can swim in all year around.The pool house also has a place to do laundry,workout area,place to watch tv while waiting for your laundry to be done.It’s also key fab protected so not just anyone can walk in and use the services.It’s all included under your membership along with internet/cable.The only bill you pay for is the membership fee and electricity which is very cheap. Also the beach is just up the road as the park is located in the heart of town so you can walk around to

This place has many cliques the same rules don’t apply to all ! Plow snow for some not others. Require some to stain shed not others. ETC ETC . Lately a friend of mine was looking to purchase a lot and maintenance told him they call me MATTRESS MARY I have never hauled a mattress but I do haul antique furniture he also told them about another residents Heath ISSUES in depth this sb confidential due to HIPPA LAWS I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OTHER THAN ITS INEXPENSIVE If you want to join the 10 cent millionaire clique I will be selling SOON !

Sandy Oaks is a nice park. Beautiful, clean, quiet and friendly people. ❤️ this place!
