*DO NOT STAY HERE* COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE * My experience with this Airbnb/ Hosts was EXTREMELY unpleasant to say the least. Upon arrival to the property my boyfriend and I unpacked and began to get ready to go out for dinner. As we were getting ready to leave MASSIVE COCKROACHES began to run around the floor. At least 3 of them. Disgusted with this situation we messaged the host as well as Airbnb as we could obviously not stay in a ROACH infested room. Not once did the host reach out to apologize or take any consideration for us as guests. They REFUSED to give us a FULL REFUND. They charged us for one night and the cleaning fee when we did not even spend 1 hour in that room. 2 weeks prior to our stay another guest had the SAME complaint with the property. Great place to stay! Clean rooms. Parking limited but there is a parking garage one block north. Will definitely go back!!

This property has recently been remodeled. It is quite close to the beach(a short walk). There are several restaurants in the area that are reachable on foot from where you stay. Less than a block away from a quaint boardwalk that is well-lit and relaxing to walk at night. Also went bicycling there and it was fun. The owners were very polite, and helpful; and knowledgeable of the surrounding area. Would stay here again if I stay in the Hollywood area again in the future.

I have stayed at Sandy Shores several times and have enjoyed each visit. The owners are very nice and helpful and make sure we are very satisfied during our stay. I would recommend this property for a wonderful time. It is very close to the beach and both Miami and Fort Lauderdale.

Roo.worse than a thirllms loaded with roaches. No linnen towels toilet paper. Mattress old dirty and stained. No dishes, pots or pans for cooking. By far the worst place i ever stayed.
