Sands Of Time Inn and Harbor House

Everything was a 10/10. The owner/front desk were so friendly and accommodating. The Harbor House room was beautiful with an excellent view. I loved the old charm of the Harbor House. The proximity to Woods Hole and Falmouth are like no other. Perfect place to stay if you want to do a trip over to the Vineyard and even if not. You can't go wrong.

I've been coming to the Cape ever since I was a little girl! I've stayed here decades ago but this is the first time being back as an adult! Honestly, this historic Inn is a real nostalgic GEM! The property is well-maintained, the staff are very warm & friendly and who can beat the view? Best of all, I love that we're just a short walk from a few of our favorite places to eat as well as Nobska Beach! I also love supporting family-run businesses - you can tell they put their heart into this. We'll be back!

Nine of us stayed at the Sands of Time motel this weekend and rode our bikes a short distance down the road to Woods Hole and took the ferry over to Marthas Vineyard and went bicycling for the day. The next day, we also biked the Shining Sea trail, which was a short distance from the hotel as well. Woods Hole was charming with many restaurants for dinner. However, what really made our weekend was the wonderful staff, including Becky and Angie at Sands of Time. They were charming and always delighted to talk with us and answer any questions we may have. They were welcoming and so gracious and kind throughout the entire weekend. Can’t wait to go back.

Rooms were clean, had a great view of the ocean on the balcony, and the service was excellent. Staff is friendly and very accommodating. The price of the room was very reasonable and it's only about a 10 minute walkbto the Steamship Authority which takes you to Martha's Vineyard and you also have restaurants within waking distance.

Two gracious and charming hosts. Becky and Angie! They provided us with snacks, coffee, tea, and spring water upon our arrival and throughout our stay. We needed spring water refills as we were biking greater than 20 miles daily. They allowed us to keep our bikes in their garage. |My room was extremely clean. I slept like a log on the very comfortable queen mattress. I had an amazing view of the harbor at Woods Hole. The room was spacious. I enjoyed my breakfast daily on my private balcony overlooking the harbor. My group’s plan is to return next year or sooner!!! A+
