Sands Inn

Found this place on Expedia and was pleasantly surprised as I booked it to be near the airport adjacent 105 freeway for an early flight the next day. Rooms were clean and front desk manager was very attentive and friendly. Free parking and wifi. Looked to be recently remodeled. Small mom and pop spot so don't expect the Ritz Carlton but folks who want to save on hotel accommodations should consider this place when traveling to LA.

The worst service ..roaches and tried to charge me 20$ for a floor mat that I didn't take..don't recommend here at all

I usually don't write reviews but this place was really nice to me and my partner. We had a really rough night and the owners were really kind to us and the bed was super comfy, like sleeping on a cloud. It's near a lot of public transit which can be a bit noisy but overall had a great stay here! Great pricing for a great room.

The staff is rude, the rooms are filthy, the place reeks of weed fumes, you're lucky if you find a parking spot (the lot is very small, so you better be an expert parallel parker), and they charge you 20 bucks if you check out a minute later than the checkout time. Spend 5 bucks more per night, and you're gonna feel like a king compared to this rat hole (my apologies to the rat population out there...you guys don't actually deserve to be compared to this dive).

Not the best place to be but if your looking for a cheap vacant area then I'd book it. The people here are very sweet but very persistent you leave on time. Shower is great, yes they have a disabled room. You can stay however many nights. There's a microwave, a fridge, some busses near. No bugs, WiFi and much more. Totally a lifesaver when trying to look for something last minute in a tricky situation.
