Sandpiper Inn

Such a perfect, cool place to stay! Everything about the experience and the accommodations and the location could not be better. Located right along a beautiful bayou with access to some great saltwater marsh fishing. Perfect boat launch next to the Inn. Can leave your boat safely on the water each night with great covered boat slips and electricity for charging your boat batteries. Excellent fish cleaning station. Just all so easy. The owners Shirley and her husband are so nice. Made everything easy and comfortable. Clean rooms with options for lots of beds. Great prices. Thank you Sandpiper Inn. I will be back!

Location is great. Room looked clean upon entering but once we started turning lights on the roaches started running. They were in the tub, all over the toilet, counters walls, just everywhere. We picked up our stuff and walked out. When we called the owner she sounded surprised but from the look of it this is an ongoing issue.

Great price, crabbing and fishing areas close by!

The owner of this place when I was trying to go to sleep is sitting with other people screaming his lungs off instead of talking normally and i cannot sleep at all with this going on because it is so loud in my room. The floors are extremely dirty in my room that i stayed in also, not a good experience here at all. Insane how its the owner that makes his guests that pay to stay here not even be able to go to sleep because he cant keep his voice down. Also, there’s ants crawling all over the counter in my room.

Another amazing trip. THANKS for the crab and allowing my son to catch some at the dock.... Can't wait to come back. Please, guys, support local people and businesses. I've been coming here for 8 years and have never been let down. Really like a home away from home.
