Sandaway Suites & Beach

My husband and I had a wonderful weekend getaway at Sandaway Suites & Beach! Oxford, MD is the sweetest little town…a hidden gem! The waterfront location is breathtaking & the perfect sunset spot :) The cottages are historical but the amenities are upgraded & it had a cozy, at-home, cabin feel. The bed & pillows are so comfy & the bath towels, so soft! The host is very friendly, communication is very clear —even for a contactless check-in & check-out process. The Coffee By Seven feature was such a pleasant touch that we were not expecting :) We can’t wait to plan our next visit where we hope to explore the town more & make use of the water amenities. Sandaway is absolutely lovely! Quiet and serene. Great place to just take in the beautiful views and relax. Walking distance to shops and restaurants in quiet Oxford. Service is excellent. Would recommend staying a night or two to recharge yourself. Specifics. We stayed in a deluxe suite with bay view. The private screened in porch was the selling point for me. Well appointed. Be warned the shower is pretty small if you are a taller larger person. If you're looking for a busy resort type place, this is not for you!!

Lovely setting on the water. Suites have screened porches to sit and watch the bay. Spacious bedroom with comfy bed and large bath. Hosts are very accommodating and we enjoyed the coffee they sent us in the am.

The Sandaway is a fantastic place to stay. Great rooms, some with awesome porches. Great location. Terrific views. And the hosts are so accommodating. Definitely the place to stay in Oxford MD!

Sandaway is a beautiful spot to enjoy a relaxing break from the city - lounging on the lawn watching the boats go by. Check in and out was so easy- and the treat bag and dining and activity suggestions they provided were wonderful! The town of Oxford is really cute and fun to explore.
