Sandalwood Beach Resort

If there still closed due to the hurricane in 2024 they need a recording phone just always rings|We left a few days before bad weather I was charge for a key they said I didn’t turn in |I ask them to look at the cameras in the lobby|I gave them|To the young man that was talking to|The girl in the bikini at the desk. Next day they found them credit me back rite before the storm hit the charge me again 75.00 |So far can’t get ahold of anyone

We stayed there for three days from the start not the best experience. Our room was filthy, mildew all over the bathroom, floors were full of sand and to top it off the Bedsheets were full of hair and blood stains. The rooms smelled muggy and like mildew. We went to the office to talk to the receptionist, Hispanic man, He was very rude…. Not professional at all. Talked to manager which offered to refund a day but haven’t seen that yet. They gave us another room and told us to move ourself. Room was a little better.. We ended up cleaning the room ourselves before being able to stay there, changing out all the bedsheets and buying our own blankets to be able to stay. The view of the room was nice facing the beach. That was the only good experience. The one Hispanic lady that cleans the rooms

Very very nice gulf front first floor beach access rooms! We stayed in room 122 which was gorgeous. We were here from September 19 and checked out September 21. We liked it so much. We decided to book again for dates in December over Christmas. we booked with the young gentleman at the front desk on September 20, sometime in the evening. He didn’t seem like he was paying much attention to what we had to say, but he apparently booked us and gave us the paper which showed our deposit. When we were checking out on the 21st, we talked to the very very nice young Hispanic man at the front desk around 10 in the morning, and just asked him to check Our reservation for December. After a lot of searching, he found that the evening gentleman the day before booked us for September 23 instead of Dece

I'm not sure why people are talking about how horrible things were at this resort. Front desk service was amazing Rooms. And couches pull out. Comfortable yes if people want better maid service tip your maids. Some people don't realize that others live off tips. Maintenance man was so nice. Victoria maid service was amazing. Don't know name of gentleman at front desk he Hispanic. Wore earrings. Nicest guy ever.. call get his name. We will come back every year. Maybe more

This was, by far, the best getaway that we've ever had. The Hotel is very clean, as was our room, there's a beautiful pool in the center of the building, and the beach was so close we could hear the surf from our room at night. The rooms are spacious and the owners are SUPER NICE and accommodating. |I highly recommend this great place to anyone wanting a nice and quiet stay on North Redington Shores!
