San Juan Motel

An older hotel but the room was well furnished and the staff was friendly and helpful. You have access to a beach club a couple.of blocks away with 2 chairs and am umbrella and you are provided towels and a carrying bag. The bathroom was very small with no shelf space

The price is reasonable,they keep the rooms clean,I didn't see any roaches on the inside,BEWARE, previous guest have made keys and will walk in your room in the middle of the night. A lot of crime in this area and the crooked metro police are wright in the middle of all of it! Theres a jack shack two blks from there all that keeps the crime circulating and the metro police are one block from there. The old man at the desk actually seemed attentive about the situation. It wasn't the front desk,it was SOMEONE.

Cockroaches make the hospitality in that old and careless place. Curiously, the employees are very nice and respectful, my two stars are to them. They give a good customer service.

It was great place for the price and just being that i was going to be out and about all day and just needed a place to sleep. Clean and owner is nice stayed there about 3 years ago.. trying to stay there again would like to know if its still same owner, or other people bought it because i call the number on the internet and its disconnected if anyone knows new number please send it my way..

This is a brand newly remodeled motel on 8 st and 24 Ave. So clean and well decorated it almost feels like an Airb &b great place loved it.
