Sam's Guest Houses

About four years ago, soon after the new owners took over… We sent $125 deposit that we were told was refundable… We had a death in the family and we had to cancel, but we never got our money back!! We called them on several occasions and they said To leave our address and they would send it to us, but they never did!! We called several times !!…. Same thing!! I have been in all these locations we have a bunch of us so usually takes a couple houses. The houses are Great have everything you need, just like home. Excellent location to trails and town. Employees are great if you have any questions or need something they are quick to get back to you. Also, offers a free buggy wash in town.

Was there a couple years back with my son,nephew his freind and sin and w My Ole lady ...Perfect clean and all you need and want .Next time if there is one I'm going to get the downstairs .Thanx again Sam house Perfect location too
