Small campground with hookups at a very low price. $35 a day. Beautiful rock cliffs all around. Off hwy 70 so not near anything much, but a nice place to stop for a day or two.
Camp was super well kept and has such a beautiful view of the stars at night! The heated bathrooms were our savior after a very cold night😅
Perfect cabin stay but why didn't I choose the pithouse!?! Maybe next time. Petrogyphs were found right above our cabin. The best part was an evening hike among the ancient canyon path leading to the damn and fence. Make sure you try it. The echos are amazing!
Very nice. I barely had enough signal to call and was given an access code to get my key for Cabin 1. Nice room comfortable beds. Great view of stars, will definitely be back to spend a night in the pithouse
Beautiful State Park campground. Full hook-ups, clean showers and bathrooms. It is surrounded by hills rock, quiet, clean and by I-70 but you won’t hear anything. 1 mile from the museum which has free wifi. Sites are very leveled and hosts are very helpful. Cell phone signal is minimum to zero (T-mobile).
