Salt Air Inn & Suites

The motel room was very clean and the proximity to downtown Atlantic beach is great. But...this is in no way a resort feel. It is a motel vibe crammed between a McDonalds and another motel with a steep room rate. The beach is about 3 blocks away. Depends on what you are looking for. It was not what we were hoping for. Overpriced for the experience/atmosphere.

Positive: Fantastic customer service, proximity to restaurants and beach. Nice pool. Good sized room. Negative: Bed could have been better, a bit of a funny smell. Guests next door were up late and we could hear them through the wall and the tv until 3:30 am- did not sleep. No laundry.

What an awesome little get away spot. The staff is very friendly and the customer service was exemplary. The grounds and rooms were impeccably clean. While we didn’t get to use it due to the weather the pool area looked like the perfect little oasis to kick back and relax; complete with sand and a hammock. There was ample seating around the pool area and shade coverage as well. It was downright tranquil. It was so quiet it felt like we were the only guests there despite the full parking lot. The location is amazing as well, pretty much everything you need is within walking distance. We will definitely be staying here again. Sleep in not on this amazing little gem!

Never had a better stay..anywhere. Room was top shelf clean as was the service. Highly recommend SaltAir if your looking for a clean room that everything it works and very helpful staff, you want be disappointed.

Adorable hotel. The little touches that aren’t available with big hotel chains make this place so much better than most other places you could stay. Great value. Friendly staff. Room was very clean. The decor in the room and on the property was adorable; very fitting for a hotel not far from the beach. The pool was clean. Highly recommend this hotel!! I will be back to stay next time I visit Jacksonville.
