Safari Suites

Fully renovated rooms here! Very clean, spacious, and up to date.:) I loved the little back patio, it was a pretty view. They even have Hershey kisses for guest, lol.:) I felt at ease and comfortable while staying here. There is a gas station in walking distance, as well. Communication with the owners was easy and they were fast to respond! My only recommendation is maybe adding dry creamer or sugar packets for the coffee! Not a deal breaker, as you can walk to the gas station and grab what you may need. It would just be convenient.:) I would recommend and stay again.

We like coming here because it's so homey, and the owners are great! Nothing updated, and thats fine by us. $50 for a nice comfortable bed, hot shower and very clean! We've stayed here multiple times since 2015, and until we close on our house in Sept we will continue to stay here. Would recommend to family visiting in a heartbeat!

Completely remodeled, goes by Safari Suites now Don't rely on the older pics. All new furniture, extremely clean, and great trail access. For an "up north" hotel the place turned out amazing.

A little cleaning goes a long way. The shower and bathroom was very dirty. There were cobwebs throughout the room. The air conditioner was covered with dust. Security as poor as the rooms all use regular keys which can easily be duplicated. Tried repeatedly to contact the owners to confirm room reservations no answering machine no way to get ahold of them completely unacceptable. We had nine other couples who had reserved rooms at this hotel due to a death in the family after the first night everybody left and did not stay the second night.

Wasn't happy with the sleeping beds. The pullout couch was terrible. Opened it up and popcorn flew out. The mattress was so bad that I had to travel and buy an air mattress to put on it. No table and chairs to sit at. Would be ok for 2 people but not 4. Location was ok.
