Just stopped by on a Sunday afternoon to check it out & there was a group standing on the gravel bar preparing for baptism which I thought was very quaint. I have attached a photo of a small barn we passed on the way back to route 60 on highway M
Bathrooms and primitive campsites and lots of shore. I love it in the fall
Quiet and simple, first come, first served. No electricity
I Absolutely Love This Picture
Good quiet place to camp. Be warned: Google Maps will not get you to the proper place. It takes you to the wrong side of the river. Lately, due to flooding, it isn't a very good place to fish, float, or swim. The river is damaged and still recovering.
