Hidden out of main roads.. no the best looking place .. but quiet and calm.. staff is super friendly and keep you updated with any issues.. its great perk that all the spots are coverd.. helps with hail and high winds..

Nice spots, nice covers, but they loose water all the time and don’t seem to care to fix it very quickly

Ok let me be honest, the RV spots are super tight almost impossible to get your camper in the spots, the spots are full of pot holes deep enough to twist your ankle are break a leg, I had been stay sick and couldn’t figure out why We just recently found out they are using non potable water to supply the campers… my wife was washing clothes one day and asked the front desk Clark why the water stinks and taste salty when brushing our teeth and showering ,when showering it would make our skin super dry and irritated, the lady advised that they are using water trucks to haul in non potable water in from a water station which we all know these truck haul anything and everything so no telling what kind of bacteria is in the water, the lady was like don’t drink are use it to cook with, again

Don’t let the covers fool you. The road is terrible. The “management” is never available. You can’t get any help when you need it. The water is CONSTANTLY being turned off with ZERO NOTICE. Nothing like coming in from work and not having water to shower or even wash your hands. I wouldn’t let my ex wife stay here. There are plenty of other parks in the area. Choose one and you’ll be better off.

Nice and quiet. Trailers they rent are decent size. Personnel were awesome. Rules were enforced unlike other places. Enjoyed my stay and see myself staying there again if the opportunity presents itself.
