Running Aces Hotel

The King Suite is absolutely fabulous, warm and roomy. Pool area was enough to satisfy both adults and children. Check in staff was curtious and quick. Breakfast was very disappointing. A hotel of this calibur should have at least the standard waffle maker. Where was the oatmeal and healthy options? Will we book again? Absolutely!

I went to Running Aces and wanted to make a phone call. Because there was loud music inside the casino, I walked to the hotel lobby to find a quieter place. A man named John at the counter told me that I could not be in the lobby unless I was a checked-in hotel guest.||I explained that I was a guest of the casino and only needed a quiet place to make a phone call. He repeated that the hotel does not allow people in the lobby unless they are checked in.||I have stayed at this hotel several times this year, and the rooms are always nice and clean. However, this experience showed very poor customer service. I have never heard of a hotel not allowing someone to be in the lobby if they are not a checked-in guest.||I love going to Running Aces for the games, drinks, and to hang out with friends,

Positive: This was not cool. There was a jackhammer doing construction in the parking lot at 7am ruining my chance of getting some sleepBefore work and also waking my girlfriend up and not able to get back to sleep cause construction. Negative: There was an issue checking in with my confirmation. My card was double charged. By the time I got checked in it was like 12:30am I had planned on going to bed then but wasn’t able to sleep due to construction outside my window all morning. Refund please…

The location is convenient for us. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable without a doubt. Having the casino access through the hallway especially when it gets this cold out, is awesome. Still no trays to put my wife’s breakfast on, so I’ll make two trips. Checking in today we had the pleasure of meeting Oscar. What a gem of a young man. Extremely accommodating and so kind. Respectful, articulate, helpful, and very pleasant. What a great guy. We found great staff also behind the bar as we always do when we come in. Nice place to come to
