Royal Starr Resort

Absolutely excellent! Great cabins, excellent grounds and a super sand beach with lots of water boats, etc for the kids. Fishing for largemouth bass and Pike was good. Very quiet. Good place to bird if you are into that. The owners are super nice and responsive.

We had a three bedroom, two bath cabin for a week to relax with our son and his family. The cabin was great, located right on the water with a well-equipped kitchen. We enjoyed all the activities offered at the resort. Some guests chose to spend all their time fishing, others never fished at all and enjoyed the swimming beach with its fun rafts and water toys. Ernie and Linda are great owners who are frequently seen visiting with families and renewing long-time friendships. Linda has a fun craft hour that kids all enjoy weekly. They have wonderful popcorn available in the lobby every afternoon, so that's a fun treat to enjoy. We really appreciated the amenities at this resort and hope to return.

Look no further! Make Royal Starr your resort. Cary and Shelley are gracious and so accommodating. The fishing is always fantastic...be sure to fish both 5th and 6th Crow Wing Lakes. The canal is easily navigated. Book the cabin!

Spent the a relaxing fun week here. Came to fish but did so much more. Cary and Shelley are wonderful hosts. Our cabins were clean spacious and charming. The grounds are beautiful and the walking trail is peaceful. Paddle boards, canoes and kayaks are included. There is a herb garden to enhance your dinners and you need to practice during the week for the Friday Holey Board tournament. One of our group members won 😊. If you and your family need the perfect family vacation with fun and relaxation this is the place to be.

Clean, comfortable, updated cabins. Friendly guests. Sandy beach. Clean, Quiet lake. Great fishing. Super friendly owners that really care about their resort and their guest's enjoyment. Cary & Shelley make a fantastic team! I can't say enough great things about Royal Starr Resort!
