Royal Inn

It's a quaint inn .Rooms newly renovated ,located about 2 miles off of I 10 Live Oak exit hwy 129 south . Conveniently located near Publix and Walmart There are a variety of restaurants near by Rooms are neat and clean Owners very accommodating. Always Deb:)

Toilet broken, roaches in room, curtain didn't provide full privacy, power outlets falling inside wall, room phone not plugged in, tv stuck on 'descriptive audio' for several channels, no maid staff (waited hours for towels), parking lot was blocked off (had to park far away), expensive (paid$82 + $30 early check-in). Good AC, good ice machine, located at freeway exit.

Don’t go to this place. It’s disgusting and I’ve called the state and the health department. It is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in in my life. Everything was disgusting and dirty and the people there are nasty and have a bad attitude. On top of everything my car was keyed and the took a chunk out of my hood. I asked to review the cameras and they got mean and nasty.

Mold in the bathroom. Place needs a complete remodel.

Idk about all these low reviews, but this is my honest experience. A few weeks back we had a bad storm come by and it birthed 5 tornadoes across swiannee county I'm in live oak with a 200 year old oak tree sitting next to my power lines and I had the whole weatherhead ripped off my house with the power lines on the ground ripped from the weathehead. Long story short fpl had me 4 days with no power so I rented a room to stay in. As you see soon as I walked in I took the pictures , Bed is clean room didn't smell of any bad odors , flat screen with cable TV, microwave was clean and working sink amd bathroom was clean , ac works but it's a wall unit when room is vacant it's off so it took a bit to cool down but it worked great , wifi was the only issue I had once connected it said connected
